- The first necessary condition of our cooperation is signing the agreement of partnership mediation.  All the changes in the agreement are valid if they have been designated in a written form.

- The client of our agency can not be younger than 18 years old.

- The client assures that data indicated in the application form represents the fact and belongs personally to the client. Cooperation is impossible if the client has not indicated his address and other contact information.

-The client is personally responsible for the accuracy and update of his data.

- The client assures that he will not use our service and information, received from us for commercial, advertising and other purposes

- The client himself is responsible for his rude intentions or violation of agreement conditions.

- The client confirms the gravity of his intentions and the fact that he is free from any marriage obligations at present time.

– Expenses which are connected with the trip are to be taken upon the client.

– Partnership agreement loses its force if the client has given false information about himself.

- The client is responsible for the continuation of personal contacts after the completion of agency work.

- The client assures that he invites a woman to his place not for commercial or for other purposes, but pursuing only serious intentions.

 - The agreement of cooperation is valid after obtaining the recognition of confirmation about getting the client’s order and payment the commission fee.

- The client has no rights to demand refundment of the commission fee in view of anticipatory repudiation.

– We reserve the right to ourselves to turn to relevant authorities.

- The agency is not responsible for the fact if chosen by the client women have not showed any interest for him.

 - Correspondence is to be done only via the agency; letters are to be translated by a professional translator. These conditions are necessary in order to prevent from various missunderstandings.

 - If you corresponde with a woman personally, the agency is not responsible for your intentions and intentions of women.

 - The agency reserves the right to refuse the cooperation with the client at its own discretion.

- The agency helps you to organize the meetings, but if the chosen woman does not turn up for the meeting, the agency is not responsible for this.

- The agency does not bear the responsibility if after the first meeting a woman is not interested in further contact with the client.

- The agency provides service of translation of letters, electronic service and consultations.

- The agency is not responsible for the false information, informed by women.

- The agency does not bear the responsibility for the circumstances in case of violation of data confidentiality from both sides of clients.

- The agency organizes the meeting with women after the payment of the commission fee 14 days before the trip to Ukraine.

- All the photographs and data of our card index correspond to the information, given to us by our clients.

- All the women clients have been personally registered at our agency by their own consent.

- We do not buy photos and addresses at other agencies.

- We are not engaged in our business in accordance with legal instruction about the protection of personal data.

- We do not spread your personal data (for example, name, address, phone number, e-mail and so on), we do not transfer and sell it to the third party, and it is up to you to do so.

- We include your information to our data base, where it will be stored till your personal refutation.

- We use your personal data in order to satisfy your demands, work over your orders and provide access for you to the appointed information and suggestions.
